Eco Village

Ecovillage is a cluster of different type of residential units designed in a contemporary, yet traditional character, reflecting the Lebanese architecture in a modern spirit.

Each unit has its own private garden space, open views, and a sense of the village life with all its benefits, in proximity to the city and its services.

A clubhouse is taking place in this project where the pool, the gym, the lounge, and the administration are located. Plus, outdoor activities are many; like the jogging areas, the bike lanes, the promenade areas, the kids playing areas, and the gardens.

The sustainability in this project is planned by adding gardens on the majority of the roofs and by including terraces and spaces between the units are planted with trees to insure the maximum integration in the area in order to provide a fresh healthy environment.
